Hot brew – Delicious chai at home
- Take a small milk pan and pour your preferred 1 cup / 250ml milk into the pan.
Put it on heat and let the milk come to a bubbling temperature.
- Now toss 20gms of Brisbane’s Darling Masala chai or Sticky chai into it and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Once you reach that beautiful golden brown colour and can see all tea leaves have opened, take it off the heat and strain into your favorite chai cuppa.
- You may add any additional sweetener while the chai is simmering, it adds taste and colour too as the sugar caramelizes well 🙂
