Brewing Hot Chai

Hot brew – Delicious chai at home

  1. Take a small milk pan and pour your preferred 1 cup / 250ml milk into the pan.
    Put it on heat and let the milk come to a bubbling temperature.
  2. Now toss 20gms of Brisbane’s Darling Masala chai or Sticky chai into it and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Once you reach that beautiful golden brown colour and can see all tea leaves have opened, take it off the heat and strain into your favorite chai cuppa.
  4. You may add any additional sweetener while the chai is simmering, it adds taste and colour too as the sugar caramelizes well 🙂
